Features
1. Superior Filtration System
- The preliminary buffer plate and inertial filter catch larger dust and oil mist particles, thus preventing other filters from becoming clogged.
- Finer particles are caught by the secondary filters (making use of the accelerated airflow created by the slits: patent pending) and centrifugal filters.
- The final filter is capable of handling fumes created through processing conditions.
- The filtration system can handle any size of particles, and the distribution of the load between all the filters extends periods between servicing.
2. Focus on Ease of Maintenance
- Exchanging filters and maintenance can be done without disconnecting the unit from the duct and without the use of any industrial tools.
- Access panels are built into the main body of the unit, allowing easy access.
- Each filter is mounted on the side of the unit, allowing you to replace filters even if the unit is set up in a high location.
- A dust collector is mounted underneath the baffle plate, making it simple to remove dust which has accumulated inside the unit.
- Type F comes equipped with a final filter clogged indicator.
- The airflow indicator allows you to tell at a glance when the filters require maintenance.
3. Reduce Maintenance Costs
- The filter elements used in the baffle plate and inertial filter, as well as the secondary and centrifugal filters, are all washable (Should the filter elements become extremely dirty or difficult to clean, please replace them).
- The final filter has a high capacity, allowing it to retain a large volume of oil. This helps you economize by reducing the need for replacements.
4. Low Vibration Design
- Dust is removed before it reaches the fan, eliminating the need for a dust-catching mechanism on the fan itself and completely preventing any loss of balance due to particles accumulating on the fan as well as any associated abnormal vibration.
