with ULTRASONIC
This is a dedicated ultrasonic processing machine with a bedless structure.
By transmitting ultrasonic waves generated by a transducer to the tool tip, hard and brittle materials (brittle materials) such as glass, ceramics, and CFRP can be processed with high precision.

Bedless structure ideal for processing brittle materials
The machine has a bedless structure in which the slide sections of the X, Y, and Z axes are located above the machining chamber. This structure prevents sludge generated during machining from entering the driving and sliding sections of the machine, thus maintaining high accuracy for a long period of time.
In addition, since there is no bed or other structure below the machining chamber, disposal and collection of sludge is easier.
